ORDER:
Pursuant to the memo filed by Sri Srinivas Basava, learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is listed today under the caption “for withdrawal”.
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition inter alia stating that no cause survives for further adjudication in the writ petition.
Permission is accorded.
