ORDER:
At the time when the matter was taken on 03.03.2023, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners and the matter was posted to 10.03.2023. Even on 10.03.2023, when the matter was called, there was no representation and the matter was posted to 17.03.2023, under the caption “for dismissal”.
Today, when the matter was called at 10:30 A.m., there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. As such, the matter was passed over and even at 02:15 P.m., there was no representation. It appears that the petitioners are not evincing any interest in the present case.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for default. No costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
