Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in issuing notification dt:03.02.2015 in pursuant for the orders of 2nd respondent in R.C.No.Admn1/3229/2014 so for as notify to aided post of Junior Lecturers in Economics and Commerce as backlog vacancies as illegal in proper arbitrary and contrary to law and further direct the respondent to absorb the petitioners in the said to aided post of Junior Lecturers in Economics and Commerce with all consequential benefits from the date of submitting the proposal by the management i.e., from 16.11.2010 including monetary, seniority.
