The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, order or direction declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the case of the petitioner for appointment to the post of Sub-staff, SKSS (Safai Karmachari-cum-Sub-staff) or any other equivalent post taking into account his past service or atleast continue him services as casual labour is illegal, arbitrary, contrary to the directions of this Honhie Court in W.P.No.9374 of 2008, dated 19.02.2014 etc., if necessary by declaring the order of the 2nd respondent in RO/HRD/2014-15/817, dated 04.12.2014 as illegal, arbitrary etc., and grant such other just and consequential reliefer reliefs. 2. Both the learned counsel present. 3. Since, the original writ petitioner died, the relief has become infructuous.
