Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the

learned Standing Counsel for the 4^th respondent.

The grievance of the writ petitioner is that, his representation dated 13.12.2021 to demolish the illegal constructions made in the petitioner’s subject property in Survey No.265/2 and 210 in an extent of Ac.0.35 cents situated at Vinukonda Village and Mandal, Guntur District has not been considered so far by the 4^th respondent.

On the other hand, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 4^th respondent refers to the endorsement

dated 21.01.2022 issued by the 4^th respondent stating that, the Survey No.265/2 for an extent of Ac.0.35 cents is bound to be with the house constructions and without there being any valid title the said persons constructed the house over the subject land and the survey report is also annexed to it. Hence, the petitioner is advised under the endorsement to approach the Civil Court against the said occupants/encroachers who raised un-authorised constructions over the said land, if the petitioner is aggrieved of the same.

In view of the above said facts and circumstances and in view of the endorsement of the 4^th respondent dated 21.01.2022, no further orders are required in this writ petition. 5. Accordingly, the petitioner is permitted to work out his remedies strictly in accordance with law against the said unauthorized persons/illegal encroachers if any, for their unauthorised constructions if any, who are not parties before this Court in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
