' Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondents in not releasing payment for the bill to the petitioner for the work executed by him namely i) Construction of 600mm Size CC Drain from Sri Vinayaka Alluminium Steel works (Ele.pole No. 012/03A/040/600) to Chigirupati Guruva Reddy house (Ele.pole No. 012/03A/210/000) in Sai Baba Temple,. Nprth road at NTR Colony in Ward No. 6 under agreement No. 43/2020-21 for an amount of Rs. 23,07,102/- and ii) Construction CC Drains of VinayakaSwamy Temple to Mada Nagaraju House, from Sk.Shameen House to Chiluketi Sudha House, From Meru Venkataswamy House to Bodicharla Babu Rao House in Sali Colony in 4th Ward under agreement No. 04/2021-22 for an amount of Rs. 21,26,705/-, as illegal, arbitrary, malafidy, high-handed, and contrary to the procedure established by law apart from being voilative of Articles 14 and 19 (1) (g) of the Constitution of India and consequentially direct the respondents to release the payment of above bill along with interest forthwith in the interest of justice.
