Heard Sri S.Sarath Kumar representing Sri K.Srinivas, learned
counsel for the petitioner, Ms. D.Prasanna Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the State/respondent No.1 and Sri K.Sai Sreenadh, learned counsel representing Sri Anup Koushik Karavadi, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.2 and 3.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.2 and 3 would submit that the relief prayed in this writ petition become infructuous and a memo has been filed to that effect.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petition may be disposed of since the relief becomes infructuous. Learned counsel endorsed the same on the memo.
In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
