Saleem, Advocate for the Respondent No. 2.

Heard Sri V.V.Lakshmi Narayana, learned counsel for the petitioners, Ms. D.Prasanna Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the State/respondent No.1 and Sri Md.Saleem, learned counsel for the respondent No.2.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that, the case is closed by the police stating that it is of civil nature.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Court may dispose of this petition by recording the same.
In that view, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
