OF MANDAMUS declaring .the letter of the 3^'^ respondent in Lr.No.SA/119/2019, Dt 14.12.2019 thereby stopping the services of the petitioner as Attender in the office of the respondent as illegal, irregular, irrational, violative of principles of natural justice and Articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently suspend the letter Lr.No.SA/119/2019, Dt 14 12 2019 of the 3™ respondent.
