Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of. the respondents in constructing new building for Gram Panchayat office in the outskirts of the village i.e., in an extent of Ac^ 0.04 cents covered by Survey No.163/11 of Mysannagudem village, Jangareddygudem Mandal, West Godavari District instead of completing the building that was already constructed up to slab level for Gram Panchayat office in the centre of the main village i.e., in an extent of Ac.0.11 cents covered Sy.No.155-4 of Mysannagudem village, as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and contrary to the provisions of A.P. Panchayat Raj Act 1994 and the relevant G.Os thereof and to consequently, the respondents to complete the building that was already constructed up to slab level in the centre of the main’village for Gram Panchayat office, in the interest of justice.
