ORDER:-
The petitioner was granted old age pension, as she was satisfying all the eligibility criteria under G.O.Ms.No.174 dated 13.12.2019. The old age pension being paid to the petitioner under pension ID No.107810626 had been stopped on account of a notice issued by the 5th respondent on 14.09.2021. The petitioner had filed a reply on 27.09.2021 stating that she was residing alone and unable to make out a livelihood due to which she was entitled to old age pension. However, no steps have been taken to pay the old age pension of the petitioner since August, 2021. Aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents in considering her representation and the inaction in paying her old age pension, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of the present Writ Petition.
appearing for respondent Nos.5 & 6 had obtained written instructions bearing Rc.No.09/2023/A dated 09.02.2023 and

submits that the 5th respondent, after completing the enquiry, had recommended the case of the petitioner for payment of old age pension. The said written instructions also state that necessary recommendations have already been made and payment would have to be made by respondent Nos.2 & 4.

shall stand closed.
