the 4th respondent along with the relevant documents. He submits that the petitioner have completed most of the construction and at that time at the instance of some persons who are having political grudge, Writ Petition No.14937 of 2023 was filed impleading the petitioner as a party respondent alleging that the petitioner encroached the road margin. Be that as it may. He submits that as the 4th respondent issued a Notice dated 29.09.2023 alleging that the petitioner made some constructions in the subject matter property without obtaining building permission, the petitioner submitted his reply/explanation and without considering the same, the 4th respondent issued a Final Notice dated 25.10.2023, inter alia stating that the petitioner had not submitted any written reply/explanation to the Gram Panchayat and directed the petitioner to submit the relevant documents, within a period of three days from the date of receipt of copy of the said Notice, failing which, appropriate action for demolition of the building with the help of police and Revenue Department, would be initiated. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said action on the part of the 4th respondent is not tenable in Law and as there is imminent threat of demolition, the petitioner is constrained to approach this Court seeking appropriate reliefs.
