ORDER :
The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following prayer:
“… to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring that the transfer order issued by the 3rd respondent in Office Order No.66 dated 18.08.2015 transferring the petitioner from Visakhapatnam to CKP (Chakradharpur) is not only illegal, arbitrary and malafide but also amounts to colorable exercise of power and set aside the same…”
counsel submitted that the Writ Petition has become infructuous by passage of time as the matter relates to issue of transfer.
