Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the. affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ-petition, order or direction, mostly one in the nature of Writ Petition of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to be present before the authority of National Commjssion of Scheduled Castes, New Delhi along with the presence of the petitioner herein to facilitate the discussions hearing from both the sides with th‘$^ support of relevant documents and records so as to give a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner for his clain of being considered to the promotion cadre" of Training Assistant / Technical Assistant.
