ORDER:
The petitioners claiming ownership over Ac.1.00 cents of land in R.S.No.120/1, Ac.1.23 cents of land in RS.No.119 of Vinjaram Village, Polavaram Mandal, Eluru District, have approached this Court would complaint that the respondents are seeking to evict the petitioners from this land without issuance of any notice and without following any due procedure.
