ORDER:
The petitioners, who are residents of Meghavaram Village have approached this Court with the complaint that the respondents are seeking to move the Gram Sachivalayam from the present premises in Megahavaram Village, Tekkali Mandal, Srikakulam District to Borigipeta Village. The petitioners contend that the said move is clearly contrary to G.O.Ms.No.110, dated 19.07.2019 and the Gram Sabha resolution of Megahavaram Village dated 28.09.2020.
appearing for the respondents 5 & 7 would submit that there is no such proposal before the respondents 5 & 7, for the present.
Petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioners to approach this Court in the event of any further difficulty. There shall be no order as to costs.
