ORDER:
The petitioner is said to be a resident of House
No.1-18-1, Rajugunta, AM Puram Gram Panchayat, Satayaveedu Mandal, Chittoor District. It is the case of the petitioner that she was initially paid the widow pension under the scheme of YSR Pension Kanuka with I.D.No.110943957 from 01.01.2020. However, this widow pension was stopped after it was paid in July, 2020.

would also submit that the petitioner was served with a notice dated 27.08.2021 asking her to show-cause why the widow pension should not be stopped. However, the petitioner had not chosen to give any explanation to the said notice.

decide the question of whether the petitioner is staying separately or with her son. If it is found that she is staying separately, she shall be entitled for payment of old-age pension as she cannot be treated as a dependent of her son.
There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if
