University of Health Sciences was IQUi August, S0S3. She also claims that even when she is desirous of participating in the counselling process, only on account of inability to fiU up the form online, she is being ignored affecting her rights and career.
B. Be that, as it may, we direct the respondent No.2 - Dr. Y.S.R. University of Health Sciences, to accept the applicaUon form of the petitioner physically, if the same is submitted before the respondent No.S - Dr. Y.S.R. University of Health Sciences, within a period of one week. The petitioner shall also pay an other requisite charges as required to be paid In accordance with the requirement of the notification issued by the respondent No.S - Dr. Y.S.R, University of Health Sciences, upon which the case may be considered in accordance with the admission procedure apd i Regulation in force.
