Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondent no.2 University in not permitting and not considering the Petitioner's application for the Managing Quota or NRI Category seats into MBBS or BDS Course seats, being the Petitioner is fully qualified to purse MBBS or BDS Course for the academic year 2023-2024 which is arbitrary, unconstitutional against the principles of natural justice and violation of Article 21 of the constitution of India and consequently, direct the respondent no.2 to consider the application of the petitioner for the notification dt.03.08;2023 for admission into MBBS and BDS courses for the academic year 2023-24.

She eJso Claims that even when she is desirous of participating to the counselling process, only on account of inability to ffll up the form online, she is being ignored affecting her rights and career.

4. Rellanoe is placed upon orders passed to W.P.lJo.4254 of 20Sg and 3387 of 2082, whereto to similar sltuaUon, the Court was Pleased to permit the candidates to submit the form to physical form.

Be that as It may, we direct the respondent Mo.2 - Dr. Y.S.R. university of Health Sciences, to accept the appllcaUon form of the petitioner physically, if the same is submitted before the respondent lfo.2 - Dr. Y.S.R. University of Health Sciences, within a period Of one week. The petitioner shaU also pay aU other requisite charges as required to be paid to accordance with the requirement Of the notifloatlon issued by the respondent lfo.2 - Dr. Y.S.R. University of Health Sciences, upon which the case may be considered in accordance with the admission procedure and Regulation in force.
