No.290/16/CPO/Plg- 1/dt.22. 11.2017 of the District Collector, ViziaNAGARAM, Contract value Rs.5,11,356/-, 3) Construction of Community Sanitary Complex at Rakodu village, Vizianagaram Mandal District vide Administrative Proceedings Rc.No. 290/16/CPO/Plg-1/ dt. 22.11.2017 of the District Collector, VIZiaNAGARAM, Contract value Rs.5,13,927/-, 4) Construction of Community Sanitary Complex in Neelavathi Village,Gangyada Mandal and District vide Administrative Proceedings Rc.No.290/16/CPO/Plg-1/dt.22.11.2017 of the District Collector, Vizianagaram, contract value Rs.5,18,406/-, as illegal, arbitrary, malafide and violation of principles of natural justice and violation of Articles 14,21 and 19(1)(g) of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to pay the undisputed outstanding bills amount of Rs.20,58,077/- along with interest @18% per annum to the petitioner "
