Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of MANDAMUS declaring the action of the 2"^ respondent in not disposing of the petitioner Meeseva Application I.e., TTA012000051378 dt. 03.06.2020, filed for issuing NOC and for deletion of the land Le., Ac.0.58 Cents in Sy.No.183/2A, , situated in. Sankepalli Village, Kondapuram Mandal, YSR Kadapa District, from the prohibited list under 22-A(1)(C) of Registration Act, and kept pending without passing any orders till today, and to declare the same as illegal, arbitrary, and also violation of Article 300-A of Constitution of India, and also opposed to the settled, principles of law, and Consequently direct the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner Meeseva Application l.e.,TTA012000051378 dt. 03.06.2020, filed for issuing NOC and for deletion of the land I.e., Ac.0.58 Cents in Sy.No.183/2A, situated in Sankepalli Village, Kondapuram Mandal, YSR Kadapa District, from the prohibited list under 22-A(1)(C) of Registration Act, considering the report as submitted by the 3"* respondent vide Lr.in.Rc.No.A4/6030/2019 dt. 15.03.2021, and to pass orders as per law, in the interest of Justice.
