Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the Circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents, particularly the respondent in initiating proceedings to cancel the registered document bearing no.1363/2012, dt 04-06-2012 and to cancel Pattadar Pass Books and Title Deeds in respect of land with an extent of Ac-10.81 cents in Sy.No.64, 68, 69 and 70 of Nagari village and Mandal, Chittoor district on the direction of 3rd respondent at the instance of respondent nos. 6dO;:13 even without showing sub-divisions and also without showing the authority and also in the light of several civil litigations and in keeping entire land of .AcdiO.81 cents under Dispute Register of the Tahsildar's Login in his Roc.G/2920/2019, dt.17-10-2019 as illegal, unjust, arbitrary, without jurisdiction , high handed and on extraneous considerations and against section 8 (2) of AP Records of Rights in Land and Pattadar pass book act 1971, and consequently set-aside the proceedings in Roc.G/2920/2019, dt. 17-10-2019 issued by Ihe 4'^ respondent with further direction to close the proceedings initiated by the 4’^ respondent in his Roc.G/2920/2019.
