Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction, order or orders declaring the action of the respondents No.2 and 3 herein in trying to dispossess the petitioner from the lands in an extent of Ac.4-39 cents in Sy.No.927, Ac.1-97 cents in Sy.No.695 total extent of Ac.6-36 cents situated at Tatiparthi village accounts, Podalakuru Mandal, Nellore Division, SPSR Nellore District in the proposal of the allotting house site pattas under Navarathnalu Scheme, despite I was proposed grant mining lease for a period of 20 years for the purpose of quarrying Mica, Quartz, Feldspar vide NOC proceedings No.Re.S. 6/2017 dt.21-01- 2017 by the 3rd respondent to the Assistant Director, Mines and Geology Nellore, without any prior notice or without following procedure under law as wholly arbitrary, illegal, without jurisdiction and void and violated the principles of natural justice and affected his rights guaranteed under article 14, 19(1)(g), 21 and 300(A) of the Constitution of India and consequently, direct the respondents herein not to allot the mining lands for house sites with reference to an extent of Ac.4-39 cents in Sy.No.927, Ac.1-97 cents in Sy.No.695 total extent of Ac.6-36 cents situated at Tatiparthi village accounts, Podalakuru Mandal, Nellore Division, SPSR Nellore District.
