Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ Order or direction particularly, one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in non-investigation of the Cr. No. 239/2004, dated 31/08/2004, Tirupati East PS, Chittoor, Tirupati District, Andhra Pradesh under Sections 420, 468, 471, 473 and 474 of IPC and Sec 11 r/w 12 of A.P. Land Grabbing Act, 1988, despite lapse of 22 valid years as illegal arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice and also violations of Article 14,16,19,21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to complete the investigation as per Sec 154 (3).
