ORDER :
When the matter was taken up for hearing on 23.03.2023, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was posted under the caption of for dismissal on 13.04.2023. Even on 13.04.2023 and today also there is no representation on behalf the petitioner. It appears that the learned counsel for the petitioner has no interest to prosecute the matter.
Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.
