Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying -that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be « ??®^ issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the 2" Respondent in disengaging the petitioner from the post of Rozgar Sevak vide proc. In RC No.30/HR/FA/14 dt.7-01-2014 and not considering the case of the petitioner for Senior Mate in spite of the repeated requests as illegal unjust arbitrary, violative of Article 14. 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and as such liable to be set aside in the interest of justice and consequently direct the respondents herein to reinstate the petitioner forthwith with all consequential benefits.
