Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate^{writordirection} declaring the action of the respondents in constructing the compound wall encompassing the plot No.512 in Sy.No.122, and Plot No.523 in Sy.No.120/1 situated at Kanupaithipadu Village, Nellore Rural Mandal, SPSR Nellore District of the petitioners as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 21 of the Constitution of India.

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India aggrieved by the action of the respondents in constructing the compound wall encompassing the plot No.512 in Sy.No.l22 and Plot No.523 in Sy.No. 120/1 of the petitioners, situated at Kanuparthipadu village, Nellore Rural Mandal, SPSR Nellore District.

When the matter is taken up today, learned Government Pleader for School Education produced a copy of instructions dated 06.12.2023 received from the 2^^ respondent-District Educational Officer stating that the petitioners submitted^their letters stating that the issue on construction of the compound wall was settled and the compound wall was also constructedⁱⁿ

the school, hence, the petitioners are withdrawing^thesaidcase.

In view of the above instructions, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
