The short grievance of the petitioner is non-consideration of his representation dated 04.04.2022 for issuance of patta and pattadar passbook under physically handicapped persons quota to the land in survey No.502/7 to an extent of Ac.0.15 cents, survey No.502/9 to an extent of Ac.0.27 cents and in survey No.502/10 to an extent of Ac.2.08 cents situated at Kuntrapakam village, Tirupathi Rural Mandal, Chittoor District.

Heard Sri T.Balaji, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri E.Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, in elaboration to what has been stated in the affidavit contended that, the petitioner made a representation dated 04.04.2022 to the revenue authorities for issuance of pattadar pass book in respect of the subject land and the same was acknowledged by the 3^rd respondent on 05.11.2022, but, so far no orders have been passed by the authorities. As such, the present Writ Petition is filed and prayed to pass appropriate orders protecting the interest of the petitioner.

On the other hand, Sri E.Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submitted that, the authorities would consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law.

Taking the submissions of both the learned counsel into consideration, as the respondent authorities have intention to consider the representation of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Writ Petition, at the admission stage itself, by passing the following order:

The 3^rd respondent-Tahsildar is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.04.2022 in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and pass a reasoned order within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, interlocutory applications pending, if any in the Writ Petition, shall also stand closed.
