Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not granting No-objection Certificate to sell away the assigned land extent of Ac. 4.95 cents in Sy.No. 577 of Ankapalli Village, Chodavaram Mandal, Visakhapatnam District, which was granted to petitioner's husband under exservicemen quota in the year 1993 vide D.R.No. 1/1399 dated 16-06-1993 as being illegal, arbitrary, unjust and unconstitutional and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to issue NOC Certificate regarding the above said land by imposing exemplary costs, since 11 years they harassed petitioner and to grant such other relief or reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the 2nd respondent herein to forthwith grant No-objection Certificate to petitioner regarding the land which is an extent of Ac. 4.95 cents in Sy.No. 577 of Ankapalli Village, Chodavaram Mandal, Visakhapatnam District, which was granted to petitioner's husband under ex-servicemen quota in the year 1993 vide D.R.No 1/1399 dated 16-06-1993 pending disposal of the main Writ Petition.
