illegal, arbitrary and violation of Article 14 and 309 of the Constitution of India and consequently set aside the Circular Memo No.1813129/FIN01-HR/212/2022- HRIV, dated 23.09.2022, issued by the Respondent No.1 and the consequential proceedings issued by the Respondent No.4, vide Proceedings Rc.No.A1/1355684/APSC/2023, dated 01.05.2023 and the Proceedings Rc.No.121/SC/A4, dated 01.05.2023, issued by the Respondent No.6, by directing the Respondents to re-Instate the petitioner into service and continue him in service till he attains the age of 62 years.
