Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the

learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition for the respondents.

The grievance of the Writ Petitioner is that his application dated 28.11.2022 given in Spandana Programme in the office of the 3^rd respondent has not been considered so far. Hence this Writ Petition.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of the land to

an extent of Ac. 5.00 cents in Sy.No. 3/1 situated at Pinapaka Village, G. Kondur Mandal, Krishna District which

was purchased through a Registered Sale Deed No. 3338/2004 dated 07.12.2004. While so, the Government proposed to acquire the land for expansion of National Highways. Hence, the petitioner submitted an application to the 3^rd respondent giving bank account details for payment of compensation for the said acquisition of the land. Though the petitioner made an application to the 3^rd respondent on 26.11.2022, the same has not been considered so far.

On the other hand, the learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition submits that the 3^rd respondent acted upon the application of the petitioner dated 26.11.2022 and addressed a letter to the 5^th respondent on 17.01.2023 to take appropriate action in the matter.

In view of the above said facts and circumstances, as the 3^rd respondent acted upon the said application of the petitioner and the matter is in progress at the end of the 5^th respondent, no orders can be passed in this Writ Petition for the present. The final decision of the representation of the petitioner shall be taken as expeditiously as possible strictly in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any,

shall stand closed.
