F.C.O.P.No.2402 of 2021 on the file of Family Court, Visakhapatnam, is hereby withdrawn and transferred to Principal Senior Civil Judge Court, Kakinada, where there is no Family Court. The learned Judge, Family Court, Visakhapatnam, shall transmit the case records in F.C.O.P.No.2402 of 2021 after duly indexed to the Principal Senior Civil Judge Court, Kakinada, within two weeks from the date of receipt of orders of this Court in this petition. The petitioner and respondent shall appear before the Principal Senior Civil Judge Court, Kakinada, on 05.01.2024 at 10.30 a.m. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any, shall stand closed. Interim Stay granted if any, shall stand vacated. |
