| In the result, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. H.M.O.P.No.63 of 2023 on the file of Senior Civil Judge Court, Rayachoti, is hereby withdrawn and transferred to Principal Senior Civil Judge Court, Chittoor. The learned Senior Civil Judge, Rayachoti, shall transmit the case records in H.M.O.P.No.63 of 2023 after duly indexed to the Principal Senior Civil Judge Court, Chittoor, within two weeks from the date of receipt of orders of this Court in this petition. The petitioner and respondent shall appear before the Principal Senior Civil Judge Court, Chittoor, on 27.12.2023 at 10.30 a.m. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any, shall stand closed. Interim Stay granted if any, shall stand vacated. |
