JUDGMENT:
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this
Court to withdraw the present criminal revision case with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court below seeking modification of the conditions imposed by it in view of the recent notification issued by Reserve Bank of India withdrawing two thousand rupee notes.
