year 2019, both the couple went to the parentsJ house of accused No.1 at KaminenivarI'Palem, where the parents and younger brother of accused No.1 abused her in the name of caste. she was demanded to get her share of property and money and give it to the younger brother of accused No.1. The wl-fe of the younger brother of accused No.1, by name satyavathi, also used to move intl®mately wI.th accused No.1 and instigate him to abuse the defacto complal'nant l'n filthy language and desert her. The divorced wife of accused No,1 also used to instl-gate the accused to harass the defacto complal-nant and take mutual dI'VOrCe, SO aS tO accept her again legally. when questioned about the same, accused No.1 replied that he should not have married a lady of lower caste and instead, should have maI-ntained only sexual relation with her. when she became pregnant in the year 2019, accused No.1 kicked her on stomach and dragged her out of bed. when she was admitted jn hospital, accused No.1 did not even come to see her and she had to undergo termination of pregnancy due to the harassment of accused No.1 and her health conditions. Later, accused No.1 hI'mSelf Came and took her to his house by saying that he would look after her well. Having behaved we" for some days, accused No.1 again started harassing her. Despite complaining to the father, brother and wife of the brother of accused No.1 that accused No.1 was beating and trying to kill her and despite sending photos to them jn whatsApp, they did not respond. Accused No.1 sat on her neck to which previously a surgery was done and by stretching her neck and beating indiscriminately, forced her eI-ther to give divorce or to allow him to live with
