This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner/accused against the judgment, dated 10.02.2011, in Crl.A.No.356 of 2010 passed by the learned IX Additional District Judge, (FTC) Guntur at Tenali. Wherein, the judgment dated 26.07.2010 in S.C.No.316 of 2009 of the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Repalle, was confirmed. 2. Learned Special Assistant Public Prosecutor submits a report before this Court, which goes to show that the petitioner/accuse^d died on 05.04.2016 due to heartache. The Sub Inspector of Police, Amarthaluru Police Station, Bapatla District has obtained letter fro m the Village Revenue Officer, Panchalavaram village, Amarthaluru Mandal, Bapatla District, and the said letter confirms the death of the petitioner/accused.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as abated.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. Interim Orders granted earlier, if any, stand vacated.
