This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner/accused against the judgment dated 09.11.2010 in Crl.A.No.l24 of 2008 passed by the learned 111Additional District & Sessions Judge, (Fast Track Court), Ongole, confirming the judgment dated 21.11.2008 in S.C.No.216 of 2008 on the file of the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Addanki. 2. Both the learned counsel are present. 3. Ms. Aadi Lakshmi, learned counsel representing Sri 1. Koti Reddy, learned counsel for the petitionerfileda memo in U.S.R. No. 126014 of 2023 along with Aadhar and submitted that, the petitioner by name of Kakarla Srinivasa Rao, S/o.
