The present Criminal Revision Case is preferred by the petitioner/respondent against the orders in I.A.No.llO of 2011 in O.P.No.1359 of 2010 on the file of Court of learned Judge, Additional Family Court, Visakhapatnam.

While hearing the matter, Sri S.Vijay Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent brought to the notice of this Court that the original F.C.O.P.No. 1359 of 2010 was itself dismissed as not-pressed on 05.07.2012.

On verification of E-Courts website, it is found that F.C.O.P.No. 1359 of 2010 said to be dismissed as not-pressed^on

05.07.2012. When the main O.P. itself dismissed as notpressed, the consequential orders passed in the said O.P. does not survive.

this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.
