There after the ambulance 108 shifted to Government hospital, Pamidi, I sustained injuries on my left shoulder, and left hand. While undergoing treatment Thulsi naik, Eswanaik, Pakkiramma had died at hospital. e. One Ravindra Naik examined as P.W.5. He deposed that “On the date of incident seven or eight member boarded at our auto. We reached the outskirts of Pamidi the tractor came in opposite direction to our auto. The tractor driver drove the vehicle in speed and negligent manner. At that time, I and my inmates of the auto sustained injuries. There after the ambulance 108 shifted to Government hospital, Pamidi. 1 sustained injuries on my left hand, left leg, and back side. The inmates of our auto also sustained injuries. While undergoing treatment Thulsinaik, Eswarnaik and Pakkirama had died at hospital.” f. One Kesamma was examined as P.W.6. She deposed that “on 14.05.2008 at about 1.00 P.M. we boarded an auto at Playam Thanda, to go to Pamidi. We reached outskirts of Pamidi, the tractor came in opposite direction to dash our auto. The tractor driver drove the vehicle in a rash and negligent manner. At that time, I and other inmates of the auto sustained injuries. I sustained injuries on the first finger of my left hand, left shoulder, on waist. Afterwards we shifted in 108 ambulance to Government hospital, Pamidi. While undergoing treatment, Thulsi Naik, Eswar naik, Pakkiramma had died at hospital.”
