ORDER:
This Criminal Revision Case is arising out of judgment dated 21.12.2009 passed in Crl.A.No.58 of 2008 on thefileof the learned VI Additional Sessions Judge (FAC), Rajahmundry, East Godavari District, wherein the learned Judge has dismissed the appeal confirming the conviction andsentence imposed against the revision petitioner/accused for the offences punishable under Section 304-A IPC, in the judgment dated 13.02.2008 in C.C.No.369 of 2004 passed by the learned Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Ramachandrapuram.
- Fleard Sri T.S.N.Murthy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri Naidana Sravan Kumar, learned Special Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondentstate.
- When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Special Assistant Public Prosecutor, placed a copyoftheletter, dated 13.12.2023 addressed by the Superintendent ofJail, Central Prison, Rajamahendravaram along with Nominal Roll

of the petitioner showing that the conviction and sentence imposed by the trial Court for a period of six months against the petitioner herein is completed and he was released on 20.05.2010.
- In view of the above facts and circumstances, the cause in the criminal revision case does not survive for adjudication.
- Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous .
- Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
- Miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
