This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner/A-73, assailing the order dated 28.04.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.l942 of 2016 in C.C.No.2 of 2009 passed by the learned II Additional Special Judge for C.B.I. Cases, Visakhapatnam, wherein^the petition filed for discharge of the petitioner was^dismissed.

Heard Sri M.S.P.Reddy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Dr.Challa Srinivasa Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Naidana Sravan Kumar, learned Special Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondentState.

Dr.Challa Srinivasa Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner filed a letter, dated 15.12.2023 enclosing^a letter, dated 13.12.2023 of the petitioner, into the Registry^stating that he was instructed by the petitioner to withdraw the revision as the trial was completed in C.C.No.2 of^2009and

the same was coming up for arguments. Hence, the matter came up today under the caption 'for withdrawal'.

In view of the contents of the letter and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.
