Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying that in the circumstances stated in the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition, the High Court pleased to quash the proceedings in Crime no. 19 of 2020, -dated 12-03-2020 on the file of Prohibition and excise station, Srikalahasti, registered under section 34 (a) of A.P. Excise Act, 1968.

Petition under Section 482 of Cr.PXD praying that in the circumstances stated in the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to grant stay of all further proceedings in Crime No. 19 of 2020, dated 12.03.2020 on the file of Prohibition & Excise "Station, Srikalahasti, registered under Section 34 (a) of A.P Excise Act. 1968, pending disposal of the Main Quash Petition in the interest Of the justice.
This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri M. Delhi Babu, Advocate for the Petitioner and the Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent.

It is stated on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner that after completion of investigation, police filed Charge Sheet and * in view of the same, the petitioner may be granted tiberty to
challenge the Charge Sheet.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the Charge Sheet.
Consequently, miscellaneous applications, pending if any. shall stand closed.
