This Court by an order dated 27.06.2023 in W.P.No. 15180 of 2023, had directed the respondent^hereinto consider and pass orders on the appeal filed before the respondent on merits.

When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent has passed order dated 05.12.2023 rejecting^the appeal of the l^t petitioner.
