THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE D.RAMESH CONTEMPT CASE No.2990 of 2022
ORDER:
This contempt case is filed against the respondents for wilful disobedience of the orders dated 21.06.2022 passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2022 in W.P.No.1877 of 2022.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have complied with the orders dated 21.06.2022 passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2022 in W.P.No.1877 of 2022 and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case.
In view of the above, the Contempt Case is closed and the appearance of the respondents is hereby dispensed with. No costs.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the contempt case shall stand closed.
