Sri M.V.S.Sarma, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted a letter dated 15.07.2022 to the Registrar Judicial, Andhra Pradesh High Court, on record submitting as follows:-
“ In the above Writ Petition received instructions from the client Mr. Shikha Paul filed writ petitioner questioning the action of the 5th respondent that 1st and 2nd petitioner not permitting to do their duties as Security Guards during the pending of Writ Petition i.e. WP 8639/2015. The 1st writ petitioner was reinstated through proceedings in the year 2020.
Hence, the office may be pleased to post the above
numbered writ petition in the cause list.”
In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as
withdrawn. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
