ORDER:
The petitioners seek writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in not implementing the directions of the 2nd respondent vide Rc.No.D6/e-273537/2020, dated 15.12.2020 as illegal, arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the respondents to take appropriate action.
