Sri N. Prem Raj, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted a letter dated 28.02.2022 to the Registrar Judicial, Andhra Pradesh High Court, on record submitting as follows:
“ It is submitted that the petitioner instructed me to withdraw the said writ petition. As the cause of action no more survives. Hence the office may be directed to post the said writ petition under the caption of “Withdrawal” to withdraw.”
