JUDGMENT:-
Ms. M. Siva Jyothi, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition was filed challenging the dismissal of the petitioner’s appeal vide Proceedings NCC(AP&T)/407/15/CG/ Adm-1, dated 14.12.2021 while confirming the order of the respondent No.1, dated 16.04.2019 vide Proceedings Rc.Gun/457/C of 1/URC/11.
She submits that during pendency of this petition, the impugned order was withdrawn and the respondent No.2 has passed fresh order and consequently the petitioner wants to challenge the fresh order and therefore this petition be dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh petition against the order, dated 17.01.2022.
In view of the aforesaid, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous, but with the liberty as aforesaid.
No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending,
shall also stand closed.
