JUDGMENT:-
Sri S. Harinath Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted a letter dated 03.03.2022 to the Registrar Judicial, Andhra Pradesh High Court, on record submitting as follows:
“ I, S. Harinath Reddy (5708) Counsel in the said case.
While matter is pending, my client i.e., petitioner herein asked me to withdraw the said case vide in letter dated 03.03.2022.
In view of the same, I am requesting you to list the said case in appropriate court under the caption of withdrawal.”
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Medical, Health
and Family Welfare has no objection.
In view of the letter dated 03.03.2022, the Writ Petition is
dismissed as withdrawn.
No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending,
