ORDER :
The present Writ Petition came to be filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:-
“to issue any writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of the Respondent No.2 in entertaining the Appeal No.D4/5497/2014, dt.09.09.2014 which is filed against the Ex-Parte Stay Order dated 28.07.2014 passed in Roc.No.B4/381/2012 passed by 4th Respondent herein and the Consequential Direction passed by 5th Respondent herein in Roc.A/12/2012, dated 27.08.2014 as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violation of Principles of Natural justice and consequently direct the 2nd Respondent to hear and dispose of the Appeal of the Writ Petitioners in accordance with law and pass such other orders”.
